Our Standard

The Standard We Work To

Sterling Solutions was built on a single test: every deliverable should be something a partner could put in front of a client or a bank credit committee without redrafting it. That test governs what we take on and how we do it.

We are engaged in two ways. Programs are defined pieces of work with a scope, a price and an end date — a diagnostic, a funding file, a turnaround. Services are the disciplines we carry year-round: tax, accounting and reporting, valuation, and training. The method does not change between them: test the data, compute rather than estimate, verify rather than recall, and flag rather than fill a gap.

We are based in Cairo, with a US office in Riverside, California. Our work is grounded in Egyptian Accounting Standards and in current Egyptian tax and company law, which is why our files travel — to banks, to auditors, and to international advisors reviewing an Egyptian company for the first time.

Our Rules

The Four Rules

These four rules govern every engagement, and they are the reason our numbers survive review.

Verified

No rate, threshold, deadline or legal citation appears in a deliverable until it has been confirmed against the authority that issued it.

Computed

Ratios, valuations and tax positions are calculated from source line items. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is recalled from memory.

Traceable

Every figure carries the line items it was built from, so any reader can follow the arithmetic back to the statement it came from.

Disclosed

Missing inputs, unreconciled breaks and items requiring a licensed sign-off are named in the body of the report, not buried in a footnote.

Start With the Numbers

Send us the statements and tell us the decision in front of you. We will tell you what the figures actually support.
